This respectable sacred place of Phrea is located in T. Cho Hae, Cho Hae Rd. (Highway 1022), 9 kilometers far from Phrae city. According to the history, Khun Lua Ai Gom built Wat Prathat Cho Hae during the reign of Mahathammaracha (Lithai) (B.E. 1879-1881). Phrathat Cho Hae is the chedi containing the Buddha hair and relic of the left elbow. The octagon brick cement-plastering covering with brass sheet and lacquer chedi is in Chiang Saen-pattern and has three-angle with 300-meter- high and 11-meter square base wide.
