Description
The museum was once the second palace of King Narai the Great. It was built since 1666 and is located in the old center of Lopburi. It was originally used to be a royal residence, a hunting place, an official administrative place, and a place to welcome foreign dignitaries.
History
It exhibits an evidence of antiquities from prehistoric times found from archaeological sites in Chao Phraya River Basin to present as sequence events. There’re showcases of people’s living life, resident patterns, equipment, craftsman things, agriculture and folk arts in central region. All is exhibited within this Phra Narai Ratchaniwet Palace
